During the process of selling my house, I was impressed with Christine's personal involvement at every stage and her close attention to detail. She was always very accessible to answer my queries and concerns. Her suggestions for renovations and 'getting the biggest bang for the buck' were spot on, and she even connected me with the right people to do the work. The results were so good we had a serious offer in just 4 days after listing! Christine helped negotiate and finalize the deal in the next 5 days, which was great given that the average selling time for a house in Durham was 25 days.

Christine's background as a law clerk holds her in good stead as a realtor. She is detail-oriented and a tough negotiator, with a sharp mind for numbers and statistics.
